※ quali cations
- all taipei cycle 2025 exhibitors may apply to be a sponsor.
※ application
- applications deadline: feb 20, 2025 or when availabilities sold out before then.
- application which paid before booth allocation can be counted into exhibitor’s seniority points when booth allocation.
※ criteria
- applications are based on a first-come- first-serve basis according to the date and time e-mail received.
- the organizer retains the rights to the fi nal decision and distribution.
※ payment
- the prices listed in the sponsor manual are tax included.
- all prices do not include design fee of the advertising material.
- please pay full amount of the sponsorship and other banking charges in two weeks when the invoice is received. sponsors who do not complete the payment before the invoice due date will have their promotion item reservation cancelled.
- please note that all extra banking handling charges, if any, are borne by the applicant. pleace select received in full amount (our) when transferring the payment.
※ rules and regulations
- sponsoring exhibitors shall submit their designs for approval to the organizer no later than feb 20, 2025.
- file specs: photoshop les with 300dpi or higher. the print out size must comply with the advertisement speci cations.
- in consideration of safety, image and consistency in exhibition quality, the production and construction of sponsoring exhibitors’ designs will be carried out by the organizers’ af liated contractor.
- the organizer retains the right to make changes to any sponsor ads.
- if the organizer cancels a sponsor ad before its production, the sponsoring exhibitor shall receive a full refund for the ad and waives the right to request for any compensation.
